The Bureau of Organizational Development is accepting applications through this site.
Applications are submitted on the Careers page and reviewed in the order received. Recruits complete the academy, then field training with an assigned Field Training Officer, and earn solo release after meeting department standards.

Policy
Supervisors must authorize or terminate a pursuit within sixty seconds of initiation.
Vehicle pursuit policy has been revised. A supervisor must authorize or terminate any pursuit within sixty seconds of initiation, and no member may continue a pursuit without that authorization.

Organization
Recruiting, screening, and onboarding consolidate under one bureau.
The Recruitment Division has been redesignated the Bureau of Organizational Development. The bureau owns recruiting, applicant screening, onboarding, and the department career pipeline.
